The aparment which is situated in Hold Street is few minutes from the town centre. It can be found in a calm neighbourhood 1200 metres from the spa bath. The building is accommodated with lift and sheltered parking possibilities. The receptionist oversee day and night to ensure the safety of the house.
Our 40 square metres flat for rent is on the first floor and looks western. Considering sleeping you can choose between a double bed and a folding double bed.
The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen equipments such as: microwave-oven, refrigerator, coffee percolater, water-boiler, bread-oven, extractor fan, cutleries, etc. ...
There is a bath tub, shower, toilet, washbasin in the bath room.
Our apartment is found in a quiet and peaceful environment, in the neighborhood of the botanical garden. It is 1000 meters away from the bath, on the first floor of a new-state building. We formed the accomodation so that the smallest children also can feel themselves well and the parents don't have to bring their whole home.
The house is placed 400 meter from the wellnessbath. In our 4 nice suited rooms we can accommodate 10 persons (or more with spare-beds). It belongs to rooms bathroom, WC, small kitchen with microwawe and coffee machine. There are in the rooms SAT-TV too. Szemenye Cottage is located 17 km from Sárvár and 2 km from the Jeli Arboretum. The more than hundred years old cottage is renovated to its original state and has a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, living room and two rooms. The house accommodates eight people. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, outside cooking facilities and bicycles. The cottage is located at the end of the village, hiding amongst ancient trees and bushes. It is a perfect place to unwind and relax. To the majority of the 21 rooms a balcony is attached. It is possible to rent an apartment, as well, and plus beds can be put into the rooms. The car park is closed and it is controlled with cameras. Catering: till the opening of our new kitchen our guests can have buffet meal. We plan to purchase the tickets in advance from the Wellness Spa including the services around the Spa premises as requested by our guests.
Our new hotel called Hotel "Arboretum" has been opened in 2004 in a friendly part of Sarvar town, in West Hungary. The Hotel is located next to the Arboretum of Sarvar. The city can be reached in five, and the new Spa and Wellness Center is in 10 minutes on foot.
The Hotel has 16 comfortable double rooms and offers 2 family rooms with four beds. Each room has bathroom (14 with shower, and 4 with bath). In the rooms there are TV, telephone and minibar.
