New developments as of  June 2010
  - new parking place
  - new driven thermal- and coldwater wells
  - infrastrukture development using alternative energy
  - chlorine free  water technology with using ultrafilter for an aseptic, chemical free water

Project value: approx. 11.540.000 EUR, subsidized by the European Union with 3.29 million EUR within the confines of the "New Hungary Development Plan".
